Pakistan has made it mandatory for all Hajj 2026 pilgrims to complete a medical form via the Pak Hajj App. The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony confirmed that the medical questionnaire must be submitted by Friday.
The questionnaire requires pilgrims to answer health-related questions with a simple “yes” or “no.” It covers conditions such as blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, asthma, arthritis, and thyroid issues. Officials said the measure aims to provide integrated healthcare services for all Hajj pilgrims.
In addition, the Pak Hajj App now includes a link to print Hajj visas. The mobile application also provides the full schedule for Hajj flights, ensuring pilgrims have easy access to all operational information. New updates are being added to the app in phases, and pilgrims are advised to check regularly for announcements.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs also released the official flight schedule for Hajj 2026. The first government Hajj flights are scheduled to depart on 18 April 2026 from Karachi, Lahore, Sialkot, and Multan. A total of 468 flights will transport around 119,000 pilgrims, including 67,230 men and 51,846 women, to the holy cities of Madinah and Makkah.
On the first day of operations, four flights will carry pilgrims directly to Madinah. Ministry officials emphasized that the Hajj operation has been carefully planned to ensure smooth travel and safe arrangements for all participants.
The introduction of the medical form highlights Pakistan’s efforts to prioritize the health and safety of Hajj pilgrims. Officials encourage all participants to complete the form promptly to avoid delays in their Hajj journey.
