According to officials, 911 is available for emergency and security assistance in Saudi Arabia. The number 999 has been assigned for police-related support during Hajj 2026.
For medical emergencies, pilgrims have been advised to call 997 for ambulance services. Officials said this service is available round the clock for urgent cases.
Additional support is also provided through other helplines. The number 998 is for civil defence assistance. The 996 helpline supports road safety and transport-related issues.
For general health guidance, pilgrims can contact 937. This service helps with health complaints and basic medical information during Hajj 2026.
The ministry also highlighted a dedicated helpline for Hajj 2026 support. Pilgrims can call 1966 for information, complaints, and guidance services while staying in Saudi Arabia.
Officials further shared a multilingual religious guidance service. The fatwa helpline 8002451000 offers support in 16 languages. It helps pilgrims with religious questions during Hajj 2026.
The ministry strongly advised all pilgrims to save these numbers on their mobile phones. They were also asked to share the information with fellow travelers.
Authorities emphasized that quick access to helplines can help resolve emergencies efficiently. They said timely communication can reduce risks and ensure safety during Hajj 2026.
Officials added that pilgrims should only rely on verified government instructions. They warned against following unofficial sources or unverified information during the pilgrimage.
