Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri Issued Challan For Tinted Vehicle Windows

Islamabad traffic police stopped the vehicle of Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri for using tinted windows in the federal capital, authorities confirmed. The black paper on the windows was immediately removed on the spot.

The vehicle was fined not only for tinted windows but also for displaying a non-standard number plate. Traffic officials emphasized that action is being taken against all violations in accordance with traffic regulations.

Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri’s case comes as Islamabad traffic police enforce stricter policies citywide. Under the new policy, both private and government vehicles operated by drivers without a valid license are subject to impounding. Offenders are also barred from obtaining character certificates until they secure a proper license.

The crackdown has removed the option of personal guarantees for the release of arrested drivers, tightening enforcement across the capital. These measures aim to reduce accidents and improve overall road safety.

Inspector General of Islamabad Police, Ali Nasir Rizvi, has directed traffic officials to implement the policy across the city. Special operations are planned to ensure compliance with traffic laws and curb the rising issue of unlicensed driving.

Authorities stressed that these measures are not limited to private citizens. Even high-profile individuals and government officials are subject to the same rules, highlighting Islamabad’s zero-tolerance approach to traffic violations.

Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri’s vehicle being fined demonstrates the uniform enforcement of traffic regulations. Officials hope the strict measures will encourage all drivers to adhere to safety laws and reduce the risk of accidents on city roads.

Islamabad traffic police have urged drivers to follow regulations, including using standard number plates, avoiding tinted windows beyond the permitted limit, and ensuring valid licenses are held at all times.

The citywide crackdown reflects the authorities’ commitment to road safety and accountability, ensuring that no individual is above the law, including prominent public figures like Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri.
