The Pakistan Post has offered three additional locations to the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) in Karachi to expand the number of service centers. These new spots include post offices in Saddar and Bolton Market.
This development aims to enhance NADRA’s service efficiency and address the issue of long queues of citizens waiting outside its offices.

According to Post Master General Mustafa Kamal, seven post office centers in Karachi are already providing various services in collaboration with NADRA. These services include the renewal of national identity cards, changes of address, and marital status. In just a month, more than 1,250 citizens have availed these services.
Additionally, there is a possibility of setting up more service counters at the seven main post offices throughout the city. Dedicated staff is available to serve the public from 9 am to 4 pm at all seven post offices in Karachi. This collaboration between NADRA and Pakistan Post aims to provide citizens with more accessible and efficient services related to identity documents and related matters.
