The University of the Punjab and the University of Glasgow have launched a new joint research initiative to promote inclusive research practices and strengthen academic leadership. The collaboration is part of the CIRCLE project, which stands for Co-creating Inclusive Research Culture and Leadership Environments.
The joint research initiative is supported by the Glasgow Centre for International Development (GCID) Small Grants Fund at the University of Glasgow. The project aims to improve research culture through international cooperation and shared learning.

The leadership group includes Dr. Kay Guccione, Head of Research Culture and Researcher Development at the University of Glasgow. Zain ul Abidin will serve as the CIRCLE Project Co-Lead.
The University of the Punjab will be represented by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali and Prof. Dr. Savera Mujib Shami, Chairperson of the Department of Digital Media.
