The threat of dengue fever continues to grow in the country, with Punjab reporting 31 new cases in the past 24 hours.
As per the details, 30 cases were reported in Rawalpindi, while Lahore recorded one dengue case.

In the past week, Punjab has seen 266 dengue cases, bringing the total number for the year to 786.
Quetta Reports Two More Congo Fever Cases
Meanwhile, Balochistan remains at risk from Congo fever, as Quetta reported two additional cases of Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF) on Sunday.
Two suspected patients, currently receiving treatment in Fatima Jinnah Hospital’s isolation ward, were diagnosed with Congo fever.
Dr. Muhammad Ali shared that “two patients died from Congo fever two days ago.”
He added that nine people have died from Congo fever in Balochistan this year.
