Sindh Launches Senior Citizen Card With Welfare Benefits

The Sindh Social Welfare Department (SWD), in collaboration with NADRA, has introduced the Senior Citizen Card (SCC) to provide essential services to over 3.7 million senior citizens across the province.

Previously known as the Azadi Card, the SCC has been reintroduced by the Sindh government as part of its welfare initiatives for the elderly. The card ensures improved access to healthcare, travel facilities, and other essential services.

This initiative reflects the government’s commitment to enhancing the quality of life for senior citizens, offering them greater ease and dignity in their daily lives.
