The company confirmed the issue was resolved, with most users regaining access by 4:34 p.m. PT.

The outage, tracked by Downdetector, impacted over 19,000 users, while ChatGPT continues to experience rapid growth, attracting 250 million weekly active users since its November 2022 launch.
