Notably, Suftaj’s family included individuals deeply involved in the medical profession, with both her brothers, Fahad Abbas and Zahid Farooq, serving as doctors. Furthermore, her two daughters and one son are also part of the medical fraternity, while another daughter is pursuing her studies in a medical college.
Following Suftaj’s passing, her noble wish was honored, and her organs were donated to save lives. Her kidneys were transplanted to a man and a woman each, while her liver found its way to another individual in need. This life-saving procedure took place at Safari Hospital in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.
