Jemima Goldsmith Suffers Injury in Cape Town Hiking Accident

Jemima Goldsmith, a British film producer and former wife of ex-Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, was hospitalized after a hiking accident in Cape Town, South Africa, during her New Year’s holiday.

While descending from Lion’s Head, a renowned peak rising 2,194 feet in Cape Town, Jemima fell and injured her ankle and foot, requiring immediate medical attention. She had been hiking with family and friends and enjoying scenic views from the summit before the mishap.

In an Instagram post, Jemima humorously described her experience, calling it a “festive break (pun intended)” as she recounted the fall and the painful descent in the dark. She shared photos of her recovery, including a hospital bed shot with a walking boot and another with her using crutches, smiling despite the injury.

Jemima reassured her followers that she is recovering well and thanked them for their support. Recently, she has been in the spotlight for advocating on behalf of her ex-husband, Imran Khan, during his imprisonment.
