A female spectator sustained an injury during the fourth T20I between India and South Africa when Sanju Samson hit a towering six in the 10th over. The ball struck her in the face as Samson unleashed a powerful shot off Tristan Stubbs.

Samson, who scored an explosive 109 off 56 balls with six fours and nine sixes, apologized for the incident and expressed concern for the injured fan. Medical staff attended to her immediately.
India secured a massive 135-run victory, clinching the series 3-1. Samson’s stellar form has been pivotal, with two centuries in the series.
