Test Series Between Pakistan and India in Australia Gets the Go-Ahead from Najam Sethi

The Pakistan-India test series match in Australia received a favourable signal from Najam Sethi, the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) executive committee.

The Indonesian team’s complaints about the location were reported on social media, thus a neutral location has been chosen for both teams to compete without regard to political or national differences.

He supports his claim by further stating that

“We are prepared to face India in a Test series in Australia. Dubai would be a more affordable option for us, but if Australia can host matches with a packed house, we’re game”.

The Indian squad really rejected the hybrid format that was proposed for the ICC World Cup, but Sethi hinted in a previous interview that the Pakistani team would not travel to Indian sites if India refused to visit Pakistan.

We anticipate that this choice of a neutral location will erase the disparity and allow both teams to participate in the test series without any more complications.
