The Punjab government announced on Friday its decision to implement artificial intelligence for price control across the province. This initiative aims to stabilize market rates through a forecast bulletin, with plans to establish an agricultural monitoring fund.

During a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, the chief minister emphasized the need to mobilize this new institution within six months.
Additionally, to reduce reliance on palm oil, the government highlighted the importance of cultivating alternative crops such as sunflower, soybean, and canola.
