AirSial has announced walk-in interviews for female cabin crew positions in Peshawar. The airline is offering a starting monthly salary of Rs. 100,000 along with additional benefits.
According to the official announcement, AirSial will conduct the recruitment drive on Monday, July 13, 2026. The interviews will begin at 10:30 am and continue until 4:00 pm.
The hiring process will take place at the Serena Hotel located on Khyber Road, Peshawar. Candidates selected during the process will be posted at AirSial’s Peshawar station.
The airline has asked applicants to attend the interview in proper business attire. This is part of the company’s grooming and presentation requirements.
For eligibility, AirSial is looking for unmarried female candidates between 18 and 25 years of age. Applicants must have completed Intermediate or A-Levels.
The minimum height requirement is 5 feet 2 inches. Candidates must also have a weight that falls within the standard body mass index range.
The airline has listed strong communication skills as an important requirement. Applicants should be able to communicate clearly in both English and Urdu.
Good interpersonal skills are also necessary. Cabin crew members regularly deal with passengers and represent AirSial during flights.
Candidates must bring their original CNIC and one photocopy. They also need a recent passport-sized color photograph.
Applicants should carry an updated resume and copies of their Matric and Intermediate or A-Level certificates.
The airline has not mentioned any prior registration process. This means candidates can directly appear for the walk-in interview.
However, AirSial has advised applicants to arrive on time and bring all required documents to avoid delays.
