Islamabad – The District and Session Courts of Islamabad have issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in a case concerning the illegal possession of arms and liquor.
During the hearing held today, Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hussain Zaidi addressed the case registered at the Bahara Kahu police station.

The court expressed concern over Gandapur’s repeated failure to appear despite multiple summons, stating that he must be arrested and presented in court for the next hearing.
The proceedings related to the illegal arms and liquor case have been adjourned until October 12.
It is noteworthy that Judge Shaista Kundi had previously recused herself from hearing the case against Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur concerning the possession of arms and liquor.
