The recently launched iVerify tool, Mobile Threat Hunting, has detected seven Pegasus spyware infections in its first 2,500 scans, making spyware detection more accessible to the public.
The tool combines malware signature detection, heuristics, and machine learning to identify spyware on iOS and Android devices. While it offers a free version for basic monthly scans, paying customers can access advanced services.

Rocky Cole, iVerify’s COO and a former NSA analyst, highlighted that Pegasus victims include not just activists and journalists but also business leaders and government officials. The findings suggest the spyware’s use is broader than previously assumed.
This breakthrough underscores the rising threat of spyware and the growing demand for reliable mobile security solutions.
