During this annual ritual, participants used a cloth soaked in a mixture of Zamzam water, rose water, and other fragrances to clean the sacred walls of the Kaaba. In preparation for the cleaning, the lower part of the kiswa, the protective covering for the Kaaba, had already been raised by the General Presidency.
Furthermore, a virtual exhibition was arranged to showcase the instruments used in the cleansing process, aiming to enhance the experience of worshippers visiting the holy mosques in Makkah and Madinah for prayers.
