The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) and the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) have launched a new digital system for academic certificate issuance and attestation.
The service has been introduced through the โDalilโ platform. It aims to simplify how students and parents handle official education documents.
This new system allows users to process their academic certificate requests online. It removes the need for multiple physical steps and offices.
Officials said the initiative is part of a wider digital transformation plan in the UAE. It also supports the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme.
The programme aims to reduce delays and improve public service efficiency across government departments.
Under the new system, academic certificate issuance and attestation can now be completed through a single platform. This replaces multiple separate procedures.
Previously, users had to complete three different steps across different offices. Now, the process is unified into one digital service.
Authorities said the new service significantly reduces time and effort for parents and students.
The process now takes around three minutes. Earlier, it used to take up to six working days.
Officials highlighted that the electronic certificate integration ensures better accuracy and faster verification.
The system also connects MoFA, SPEA, and UAE diplomatic missions abroad. This allows seamless coordination for international attestation.
According to MoFA, the new platform reflects the countryโs vision of a smart and connected government system.
It also improves the overall experience of handling academic certificate procedures for residents and citizens.
SPEA officials said the platform enhances user satisfaction and strengthens trust in digital government services.
They added that the integration shows strong cooperation between government institutions.
The โDalilโ platform now serves as a central hub for student services. It provides a single window for all academic certificate related needs.
Officials believe this step will support innovation in education services and improve administrative efficiency.
The UAE government said it will continue expanding digital services to make public systems more accessible.
The new certificate service is expected to reduce paperwork and improve service delivery across the education sector.
